For Customers
Have a spare tire? Head to the Roadside Assistance section (Ace Roadside) tap the flat tire icon, and fill in your details. A provider will typically arrive within 30 minutes to swap your flat for your spare.
Need a new tire? Go to the Scheduled Services (Ace Roadside) section and select Mobile Tire Service. Fill in your details, including your tire size, whether you'd prefer a new or used tire, and how many tires you need. Your provider will update your invoice to reflect the cost of parts and arrive at your scheduled time.
For Service Providers
The tire service listed under Roadside Assistance is strictly for swapping to a spare, please use it only for that purpose. When setting your rates, be as descriptive as possible. For example, use "change to spare" rather than "tire service," or "battery jumpstart" rather than "battery service." Clear descriptions prevent misunderstandings and set the right expectations.
If you offer tire or battery replacement, list those services under Scheduled Services — either Mobile Mechanic or Mobile Tire Service. Once a customer books, use the in-app chat to explain the difference between a swap and a replacement, discuss the cost of parts, and confirm the final rate before modifying the invoice.
