How To Sign Up on The Ace Roadside App

If you’re a service provider offering emergency roadside assistance or non-emergency scheduled services, getting started on the Ace Roadside platform is quick and easy. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you set up your profile and start receiving jobs.

Step 1: Sign Up

From the landing page, go to the top-right corner and click Sign In. There you’ll see an option to Sign Up.

Alternatively, you can scroll to the footer and click Sign Up under Providers.

Step 2: Enter Your Information

Fill out your personal and business details.

Make sure your email address and phone number are accurate, as this is where you’ll receive job alerts.

Pay close attention to the business address. You can either share your current location or enter it manually—but always double-check. This address determines your mileage fees, so accuracy is crucial.

Step 3: Select Your Services

Choose all the services you provide.

Roadside Assistance → for on-demand emergency jobs.

Scheduled Services → for non-emergency, appointment-based conveniences.

Selecting a wider range of services increases your chances of being booked.

Step 4: Certification & Verification

Here you’ll be asked to provide:

EIN or SSN (for verification)

Insurance details (also verified)

Professional Certificates – this is where you can showcase your training and credentials.

Step 5: Set Up Your Dashboard

Once inside your dashboard, the first thing to do is set your service rates. Without pricing, your services won’t be visible to users.

While you’re free to choose your own prices, remember that customers compare providers based on price, distance, ratings, and more. Staying competitive is key.

Here are the recommended average fees:

Roadside Assistance

Minor services (tire change, jumpstart, gas delivery): $25

Mileage: $0.25/mile

Towing: $60 hookup fee + $1.00/mile

Scheduled Services (plus $0.25/mile):

Mobile Car Wash: $30

Mobile Tire Service: $40

Towing: $70

Mobile Mechanic: $75

Mobile Electrician: $75

Auto Glass: $120

💡 Pro tip: Use professional titles in your service descriptions. For example:

Roadside Assistance → “Tire Swap”

Scheduled Services → “Tire Replacement”

This adds clarity and boosts your chances of being chosen.

Once pricing is set, toggle the “Is Service Active” button and make sure the status turns green (active).

Step 6: Add Team Members

If you have a team, you can add members and assign them roles. There’s no limit on how many users you can create.

Step 7: Boost Your Visibility

Purchase promotions to appear higher in search results and get more jobs.

Step 8: Share Your Profile

Finally, share your Ace Roadside profile on social media so friends and family can book you directly.
